Rename terminology to industry standard terms

- Grove → Project
- Tree → Package
- Fruit → Artifact
- Graft → Tag
- Cultivate → Upload
- Harvest → Download

Updated across:
- Backend models, schemas, and routes
- Frontend types, API client, and components
- README documentation
- API endpoints now use /project/:project/packages pattern
